Sub: Notice of postponement of meeting of the Credit Facilities Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company

This is with reference to our letter dated 21[st] March, 2021 regarding intimation of the date of the meeting of the Credit Facilities Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company which was scheduled to be held on 24[th] March, 2021, inter-alia , to consider and approve the proposal for raising of funds through issuance of Nonconvertible Debentures on private placement basis.

We hereby further inform that due to some unavoidable circumstances, the said meeting of the Credit Facilities Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company is postponed and the revised date of the meeting will be intimated in the due course.

Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company for all the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives shall re-open with effect from 27th March, 2021.
