Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform the Exchanges that a meeting of the Credit Facilities Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 24[th] March, 2021, inter-alia , to consider and approve the proposal for raising of funds through issuance of Non-convertible Debentures on private placement basis.

Further, pursuant to Company's code of conduct for regulating, monitoring, reporting trading by designated persons, the Trading window for dealing in the Shares of the Company shall remain closed from 22[nd] March, 2021 till 26[th] March, 2021. The Trading Window shall re-open with effect from 27[th] March, 2021.
