Further, please note that pursuant to Company's code of conduct for regulating, monitoring, reporting trading by designated persons, the Trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company will be closed from 18th October, 2018 to 12th November, 2018 (both days inclusive). The Trading Window shall re-open with effect from 13th November, 2018.
