Sub: Allotment of Equity Shares pursuant to exercise of Stock Options under Employee Stock Options Scheme - 2011 of the Company
This is to inform the Exchanges that the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 34,750 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each on 1st October, 2018, pursuant to exercise of employee stock options under Employee Stock Options Scheme - 2011 of the Company.
In view of the above, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs. 55,32,57,265/- (11,06,51,453 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each) to Rs. 55,34,31,015/- (11,06,86,203 equity shares of Rs.5/- each).
The Equity Shares as allotted above shall rank pari-passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company and shall be entitled to such dividends and corporate benefits, if any, declared by the Company after the allotment.
