Please find enclosed herewith disclosure in accordance with Regulations 31(2) and 31(3) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeover) Regulations, 2011 pertaining to release of pledge on 1,50,000 Nos. of Equity shares held by us in Wockhardt Limited on 19[th] July, 2021.

Also enclosing herewith additional disclosure under Regulation 31(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeover) Regulations, 2011 pursuant to SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/DCR1/CIR/P/2019/90 dated 7[th] August, 2019 required to be submitted by promoters upon any change in encumbrance of shares exceeding 20% of total share capital of the Company. With the release of Pledge on above mentioned 1,50,000 Nos. of Equity Shares (i.e. 0.14%), the percent of Pledged Shares now decreased to 24.07%.
