- Sub: Allotment of Rated, Unlisted ,Secured Non Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on Private Placement basis

Pursuant to Regulations 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations’) read with Schedule III of Listing Regulations, we wish to inform to the Exchanges that the Credit Facilities Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today i.e. 28[th] May, 2021, allotted 5,000 Nos. of Rated, Unlisted, Secured Non-Convertible Debentures (‘NCDs’) of face value of Rs. 1,00,000/- each for an aggregate value of Rs. 50 crore (Rupees Fifty Crore only) (Series B Tranche I) to Centrum Credit Opportunities Trust on private placement basis on the terms and conditions as stipulated in the debenture trust deed dated 27[th] April 2021, as amended from time to time and other transaction documents, as amended from time to time.
