Sub: Outcome of Meeting of the Credit Facilities Committee of the Board of Directors

Pursuant to Regulations 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations’) read with Schedule III of Listing Regulations, we wish to inform to the Exchanges that the Credit Facilities Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today i.e. 21[st] April, 2021, inter-alia, approved the raising of funds upto Rs. 150 crore (Rupees One Hundred and Fifty Crore only) through issuance of Rated, Unlisted, Secured Non-Convertible Debentures on private placement basis, in one or more tranches/series to such eligible investors as maybe deemed appropriate.

The information required to be furnished pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 is enclosed as Annexure A.

The meeting of the Committee commenced at 5.00 p.m. and concluded at 5.40 p.m.
