Sub: Intimation of incorporation of a subsidiary of Wockhardt Limited (‘the Company’) - Wockhardt Biologics Limited [CIN: U24299MH2021PLC363201]

Pursuant to Regulations 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations’) read with Schedule III of Listing Regulations, we wish to inform to the Exchanges that the Company has incorporated a new subsidiary namely Wockhardt Biologics Limited (CIN: U24299MH2021PLC363201) under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 on 2[nd] July, 2021.

The Authorised, subscribed and paid-up capital of the Wockhardt Biologics Limited is Rs. 5,00,000/divided into 50,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each out of which Wockhardt Limited will hold approximately 65% of the total share capital while the remaining stake will be held by certain Promoter Group/ Group entities.
