Sub: Intimation pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”) – Withdrawal on Nomination of Ms. Rima Marphatia as Nominee Director of the Company

Pursuant to Regulations 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations’) read with Schedule III of Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that Exim Bank has withdrawn the nomination of Ms. Rima Marphatia, Chief General Manager as Exim Bank’s Nominee Director on the Board of Directors of the Company consequent to full satisfaction of loan vide their letter DMDR:30:2022 dated 2[nd] August 2022 received by the Company on 3[rd] August 2022 (Annexure – A).

Consequently, Ms. Rima Marphatia ceases to be a member of the Board of Directors of the Company. We confirm that there is no other reason for her cessation as Nominee Director of the Company, other than those mentioned in the annexed letter. Brief particulars required to be furnished pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 is enclosed as Annexure I.

The Company appreciates the valuable services rendered by her during her tenure as a Nominee Director.
