Geneva, 26 September 2024:   On 4 September 2024, Wizz Air Holdings Plc ("Wizz Air") announced that Barry Eccleston, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director has elected to take a temporary leave of absence due to personal reasons.

Senior Independent Non-Executive Director

With immediate effect, Charlotte Pederson (Non-Executive Director) will assume the role of interim Senior Independent Non-Executive Director on an interim basis.

Committee Changes

With immediate effect, Enrique Dupuy de Lome Chavarri (Non-Executive Director) will become a member of the Nomination and Governance Committee on an interim basis.

Regulatory disclosures

There is no further information required to be disclosed pursuant to Rule 6.4.8 of the UK Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority in relation to the role changes of Charlotte Pederson or Enrique Dupuy de Lome Chavarri.
