Muutos WithSecure Oyj:n omien osakkeiden määrässä
WithSecure Oyj:n yhtiökokous 16.3.2022 päätti, että yhtiön hallituksen jäsenten palkkioista noin 40 prosenttia maksetaan yhtiön osakkeina. Tämän pohjalta WithSecure Oyj on luovuttanut vastikkeetta 23 938 yhtiön hallussa ollutta omaa osaketta yhtiön hallituksen jäsenille.
Osakkeiden siirron jälkeen WithSecure Oyj:llä on hallussaan 71 795 kappaletta yhtiön omia osakkeita.
