Wisr Limited (ASX: WZR) – Notification under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)

Wisr Limited (the Company ) gives this notice in accordance with section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (the Corporations Act ).

On 16 September 2021, the Company issued 39,772,785 fully paid ordinary shares ( Shares ) pursuant to the vesting of performance rights and in payment of services.

The Company confirms that:

1. the Shares were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act;

2. this notice is being given under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act; and

3. as at the date of this notice:

4. a. the Company has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company;

5. b. the Company has complied with section 674 of the Corporations Act; and

6. c. there is no "excluded information" of the type referred to in sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act that is required to be set out in this notice under section 708A(6)(e) of the Corporations Act.
