Wisr Limited (ASX: WZR) - Notification under sections 708A(5)(e) and 1012DA(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)

Wisr Limited ( Company ) gives this notice in accordance with sections 708A(5)(e) and 1012DA(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ).

As announced on 16 January 2020, the Company will offer existing shareholders the opportunity to participate in a Share Purchase Plan ( SPP ), in accordance with which eligible shareholders will be able to purchase a parcel of shares up to a maximum value of $30,000. The SPP will be offered in accordance with ASIC Corporations (Share and Interest Purchase Plans) Instrument 2019 / 547, and this notice is being given in accordance with that instrument.

The shares to be issued pursuant to the SPP without a Product Disclosure Statement for the issue being prepared under Division 2 of Part 7.9 of the Corporations Act, and without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act.

As a disclosing entity, the Company is subject to regular reporting and disclosure obligations.

As at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:

• the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and

• • section 674 of the Corporations Act as it applies to the Company.

As at the date of this notice, there is no "excluded information" of the type referred to in sections 708A(7) and (8), 1012DA(7) and 1012DA(8) of the Corporations Act.

This notice has been authorised for provision to ASX by the Company’s Board of Directors.
