Wisr signs exclusive multi-year agreement with Smartgroup

Partnership to extend Wisr’s financial wellness offering to Smartgroup channels

SUMMARY:

• Multi-year mutually exclusive agreement signed to partner on distribution of Wisr’s financial wellness ecosystem offering

Sydney, 25 July 2019 - Wisr Limited (ACN 004 661 205) (ASX: WZR) (“Company”), Australia’s first neo-lender, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a three-year agreement with Smartgroup Corporation Ltd (ASX:SIQ) (Smartgroup) to partner on the distribution of Wisr’s ecosystem of financial wellness products.

Smartgroup has approximately 4,000 employer clients (with well over 1 million employees) and more than 340,000 salary packaging customers and has been consistently recognized as one of the most innovative and customer service-oriented companies in Australia
