BERKLEE LIMITED (ASX CODE: BER) EXCLUSIVE DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT SIGNED IN SOUTH AUSTRALIA
In line with its business restructuring strategy, Berklee Limited has today signed an Exclusive Distribution Agreement with Sustrev Pty Ltd, trading as Muffler Bits, to distribute its exhaust products in South Australia. This agreement will take effect from 1 November 2012 and subsequently Undacar Parts (SA) will cease operating from this date.
