Mr. Egon Vetter has toda y announced his retirement from the Boar d with effect from the end of Novembe r 2011. Mr. Vetter has been on the Boar d since 2003 and has made an enorm o us contribution to the company during h i s time as a director.

The Board has today invi t ed Mr Rick van Berkel to fill the vacanc y created by Egon’s departure and he w ill commence as a director with effect from 1 December 2011.
