ANNOUNCEMENT: RETIREMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Berklee Limited wishes to advise that Mr Adrian van Berkel has retired from its board of directors with effect from 30 June 2003.
The directors of Berklee Limited acknowledge Mr van Berkel's enormous contribution to the company as founder, managing director from 1966 to 2001 and non-executive director for the past 2 years.
