ANNOUNCEMENT: APPOINTMENT OF NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Berklee Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Egon Wolfgang Vetter as a non executive director as from 1 September 2003.

Mr Vetter holds a master degree in electronic engineering, is a former managing director of VDO Australia and Hella Australia and a past president of the Federation of Automotive Parts Manufacturers (FAPM) Southern Region.

Mr Vetter's extensive experience in and knowledge of the Australian automotive industry will assist Berklee to expand its original equipment business.
