Alteration to Notice of Meeting

Berklee Limited (ASX: BER) wishes to advise that the date for the Company’s Annual General Meeting has been re-scheduled from Friday 14 November 2008 to Thursday 27 November 2008.

The postponement in the date of the meeting will enable Berklee, if applicable, to include in the business to be transacted at the meeting any resolutions relating to the proposed sale of business as announced to Australian Securities Exchange Limited (ASX) on 28 August 2008.

The notice and other documents (as applicable) relating to the meeting will be despatched to the Company’s shareholders by Tuesday 28 October 2008.
