Results of AGM

Wishbone Gold Plc (AIM: WSBN, AQSE: WSBN), held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, 10 January 2023 and all resolutions, as follows, were passed:

1. The annual accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020 and 31 December 2021 incorporating the Directors' Report were reviewed and approved.

2. Richard Poulden and Michael Mainelli were re-elected to serve a further term as directors of the Company.

3. RSM Audit (Gibraltar) Limited were re-appointed as auditors to the Company for a further year and the Directors were authorized to fix their remuneration.
