Results of AGM

Wishbone Gold Plc held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday 3 January 2019 and all resolutions, as follows, were passed:

1. The annual accounts for the year ended 31 December 2017 incorporating the Directors' Report were reviewed and approved.

2. Alan Gravett and Jonathan Harrison were re-elected to serve a further term as directors of the Company.

3. RMS Audit Limited were re-appointed as auditors to the Company for a further year and the Directors were authorized to fix their remuneration.
