Results of AGM

Wishbone Gold Plc held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday 3 October 2017 and the following resolutions were passed:

1.   The annual accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016 incorporating the Directors' Report were reviewed and approved.

2.   Prof M Mainelli was re-elected to serve a further term as a director of the Company.

3.   George Cardona retired by rotation and did not offer himself for re-election. The meeting expressed its gratitude to Mr Cardona for his contributions over the years.

4.   RMS Audit Limited (formerly Benady Cohen & Co Limited) were re-appointed as auditors to the Company for a further year and the Directors were authorized to fix their remuneration.
