Amended Appendix 3Y – Florence Tong

WWG advises that the following releases were lodged by Ms Florence Tong recently, being:

1. Appendix 3Y on 30 March 2022 (“Most Recent Appendix 3Y”); and

2. Notice of Change of Interests of Substantial Shareholder on 31 March 2022 (“Substantial Shareholder Notice”).

In respect of the Substantial Shareholder Notice, Ms Tong listed an indirect interest that had not previously been captured in Ms Tong’s historical appendix 3Ys, including the Most Recent Appendix 3Y.

To rectify this oversight, Ms Tong’s Most Recent Appendix 3Y has been amended and is attached to this announcement.

This attached Appendix 3Y now captures two historical trades made on 14 September 2020 and 16 November 2020 by an indirect entity, Regnans Capital Pty Ltd, which is 100% owned by the JKT Asset Management Pty Ltd as trust for the JKT Family Trust, of which Ms Tong is a potential beneficiary.

Upon discovery of this excluded indirect interest, the Company, including Ms Tong, has sought to immediately and voluntarily disclose this oversight.

Notwithstanding the above;

1. The noted trades on the attached amended Appendix 3Y have been lodged late due to the administrative oversight by Ms Tong;

2. The Company advises that it, and Ms Tong specifically, are aware of its Listing Rules obligations in relation to these disclosures and specifically Listing Rules 3.19A and 3.19B;

3. The Company has in place a set procedure to ensure that the Company and its Directors are able to meet their disclosure obligations under Listing Rules 3.19A and 3.19B. These procedures have been reinforced to Ms Tong to ensure future compliance and reporting as required under the Listing Rules; and

4. The Company has reviewed its procedures and considers they are adequate for ensuring timely notification.
