Exploring Strategic Options for Warehouse Property
Wiseway Group Limited (ASX: WWG, “ Wiseway ”, “ the Company ” or “ the Group ”), one of Australia’s leading integrated freight and logistics operators is pleased to share some exciting news regarding our Chipping Norton warehouse facility that was acquired in March 2019, which presents a significant opportunity for the Group.
After careful consideration, we have identified our warehouse facility as a valuable asset that, if sold, could unlock substantial gains and capital for the Group. This capital can be strategically reinvested to support our growth and innovation initiatives.
To explore this opportunity, we will be assessing market interest and evaluating various options, including the potential sale of the property. We are committed to ensuring that we achieve the best possible outcome for the Company and its stakeholders.
It is important to note that the sale of the warehouse facility is not expected to impact the Company’s operations. We have plans in place to ensure a seamless transition and continuity of our services, maintaining our high standards of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
