Wiseway settles purchase of 8,900m² property adjacent to existing Chipping Norton warehouse to facilitate future growth
Wiseway Group Limited ( Wiseway ) is pleased to announce that, further to its announcement to ASX on 20 December 2018, it has settled the purchase of the 8,900m[2] property including 5,000m[2] of warehouse located at Chipping Norton (Sydney).
The property, which is located adjacent to Wiseway’s existing 8,900m[2] Chipping Norton facility, will significantly increase Wiseway’s outbound dry goods warehouse capacity in Sydney to facilitate future growth and enables consolidation of transport and outbound freight operations in Sydney providing management and operational efficiencies and cost savings. The facilities are well located for access to both Sydney’s existing airport as well as the Western Sydney Airport (currently under construction).
