WISEWAY APPOINTS MANAGING DIRECTOR AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND

Wiseway Group Limited (ASX: WWG, “ Wiseway ’’, or “ the Group ”), one of Australia’s leading integrated freight and logistics operators, announces the appointment of Ken Tong as Managing Director of Wiseway Logistics Australia and New Zealand. He will retain his current position as Chief Operating Officer and Company Secretary of Wiseway Group. Under this structure, Ken Tong will predominately focus on the logistics and freight forwarding businesses in Australia and New Zealand.

These changes are effective 1[st] July 2024.

Commenting on the announcement, Chief Executive Officer of Wiseway Group Roger Tong said: “We are excited to announce Ken Tong as the Managing Director of Wiseway Logistics ANZ, the key subsidiary of Wiseway Group. Since his appointment as Chief Operating Officer of the Group in 2023, Ken has brought about significant contributions to Wiseway.”

“Ken Tong has played an instrumental role in turning around performance. Furthermore, we have seen improvements in our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction under Ken’s leadership.”
