ASX Announcement: Board update

Wiseway Group Limited (ASX: WWG, ‘ Wiseway ’ or ‘ the Company ’), one of Australia’s leading integrated freight and logistics operators, today announced the appointment of Ms Astrid Raetze as a Non-Executive Director, effective from today, 11 April 2022.

Ms Raetze has over 20 years of experience across the law, banking, and fintech sectors, with experience as a partner at professional services consultancy KPMG, partner and Global Head of FinTech at multinational law firm Baker McKenzie, and as a Director at a number of unlisted entities.

Ms Florence Tong, the Company’s Executive Chair, commented: “We are excited to welcome Astrid to the Wiseway Board.
