Retirement of Non-Executive Director Stephen Chan
Wiseway Group Limited (ASX: WWG, “Wiseway’’ or “the Company’’ ), announced today the retirement of Mr Stephen Chan as Non-Executive Director, effective 30 September 2021.
‐ Mr Michael Hughes, Independent Non Executive Chairman, Wiseway, said:
“On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Stephen for his contribution and commitment to supporting the growth journey of Wiseway Group since he was appointed to the Board on 16 March 2018. His extensive knowledge and expertise in the freight forwarding and supply chain industries were valuable assets to the Board. He was a pleasure to work with and we wish him all the best for the future.
“As we continue to accelerate the Company’s global growth strategy and expansion, the Board is confident in the outstanding experience and track record of Wiseway’s executive leadership team and Board members following the recent appointments of Mr Robert McNutt and Mr Brandon Teo.”
