Senior Management Change

Wiseway Group Limited ( Wiseway ) today announced its mutual separation from Mr Mark Ziirsen, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Company Secretary effective 1[st] July 2019. The board wishes to thank Mark for his contribution to the business and wish him all the best in his future endeavours.

Mr Jason Lynch, the incoming Group Financial Controller, will head the Group’s finance capability as acting CFO effective 8[th] July 2019. Jason is a Chartered Accountant with many years of Australian and International financial control experience.

Managing Director, Florence Tong, has agreed to take on the Company Secretary role. She will oversee the company secretarial responsibilities with the assistance of Emily Deng (B.Com-LLB) as Assistant Company Secretary.
