Conversion of 5,586 unquoted securities
In the last 10 business days, 5,586 unquoted share rights (ASX security code WTCAA) issued under WiseTech Global’s employee equity plans have been converted to ordinary shares (ASX security code WTC). The fully paid ordinary shares allotted to plan participants on conversion were transferred from a pool of existing, quoted ordinary shares held by the WiseTech Global Limited Employee Share Trust.
