Appendix 3Y – Change of Director’s Interest Notice

The attached Appendix 3Y discloses an on-market acquisition of 38 WiseTech Global Limited (WiseTech Global) shares by Ms Sandra Hook.

It also corrects an error previously made on Ms Hook’s Appendix 3X lodged on 1 July 2025 and the Appendix 3Y lodged on 4 September 2025. Ms Hook holds a beneficial interest in the Retireselect superannuation funds but does not hold an indirect interest in the WiseTech Global shares acquired or managed by the trustee of the superannuation fund. No notifiable interest in WiseTech Global shares arises from this arrangement and this is reflected in the attached Appendix 3Y.

WiseTech Global confirms that it has necessary arrangements in place with its Directors to enable disclosure of their notifiable interests as required under Listing Rules 3.19A and 3.19B.
