WTC: Release of restricted securities from escrow

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, WiseTech advises that 320,192 fully paid ordinary shares are due to be released from escrow on 21 February 2018. The escrow arrangements were put in place at the time of WiseTech’s IPO in April 2016 and the shares are due to be released following announcement of WiseTech’s financial results for the half-year ended 31 December 2017.
