Allotment of OwnWise Shares
Pursuant to the Company's OwnWise customer shareholder programme (the "OwnWise Programme") (as detailed in the Company's listing prospectus published 2 July 2021), and the Company's shareholder authorities granted on 22 June 2021, the Company announces that it has allotted 87,396 class A ordinary shares of £0.01 each on 21 September 2022 to eligible participants in the OwnWise Programme, in accordance with its terms and conditions. The Company will provide a further update when the shares are due to be issued (following consideration of a listing application by the Financial Conduct Authority).
