CORRECTION

The following amendment has been made to the "Director/PDMR Shareholding" announcement released on 22 April 2024 at 15:12 (London time) under RNS No: 5613L.

The announcement has been amended to include details in respect of a share purchase by a PCA of Terri Duhon on 19 April 2024, namely the purchase of 122 Ordinary Shares by her spouse, Matthew Peacock, that was previously omitted from the announcement.

All other details remain unchanged. The full amended text is shown below.
