Total Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 the Company notifies the market of the following:

Following the issuance of 30,000,000 class A ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Class A Shares") on 30 November 2021, the Company's issued share capital consists of 1,024,589,856 Class A Shares and 398,889,814 class B ordinary shares of £0.000000001 each in the capital of the Company ("Class B Shares").

Each Class A Share carries one vote therefore the total number of voting rights attributable to the Class A Shares is 1,024,589,856.

398,688,620 of the Class B Shares carry nine votes each and 201,194 of the Class B Shares, pursuant to the cancellation of Class B Share voting rights in accordance with the Company's articles of association, do not carry any voting rights, therefore the total number of voting rights attributable to the Class B Shares is 3,588,197,580.

The Company does not hold any Class A Shares or Class B Shares in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company in aggregate across the Class A Shares and the Class B Shares is 4,612,787,436.
