This announcement is made by the Company pursuant to the Inside Information Provisions under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571) and Rule 17.10 of the GEM Listing Rules.

The Board wishes to inform the Shareholders and potential investors that based on the preliminary review of the management accounts of the Group for the six months ended 30 September 2015, it is expected that the Group may record an increase in net profit attributable to the shareholders of the Company for the corresponding period in 2014.

Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.

This announcement is made by Easy Repay Finance & Investment Limited (the “ Company ” together with its subsidiaries, the “ Group ”) pursuant to the Inside Information Provisions under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571) and Rule 17.10 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Growth Enterprise Market of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “ GEM Listing Rules ”).

The board of directors (the “ Board ”) of the Company wishes to inform the shareholders of the Company (the “ Shareholders ”) and potential investors that based on the preliminary review of the unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Group for the six months ended 30 September 2015, it is expected that the Group may record an increase in net profit attributable to the shareholders of the Company for the corresponding period in 2014. Such increase is mainly attributable to the steady growth in revenue of the money lending business of the Group.

The information contained in this announcement is only a preliminary assessment by the Board based on the Company’s management accounts and the information currently available to the Board, which have not been reviewed or audited by the Company’s auditor or the audit committee. As at the date of this announcement, the Company is in the process of finalising the Group’s interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2015. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to read carefully the interim results announcement of the Company for the six months ended 30 September 2015 which is expected to be published on 12 November 2015.
