UPDATE ON DISCLOSEABLE TRANSACTION IN RELATION TO THE DISPOSAL OF INVESTMENT PROPERTY

Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 29 May 2014 (“ Announcement ”) in relation to the Disposal of Investment Property. Unless the context requires otherwise, terms used herein have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

The latest date for the completion of the Disposal will be changed from 4 July 2014 to 14 July 2014. The rest of terms and conditions of the Provisional Agreement remain unchanged.
