POSTPONEMENT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Board announces that the AGM will be postponed from 4:30 p.m. on 19 September 2011 to 4:30 p.m. on Friday, 30 September 2011 in consideration of the completion of the Rights Issue. The venue for holding the AGM shall remain unchanged at 1/F, Morrison Plaza, 9 Morrison Hill Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong.

Reference is made to the notice of annual general meeting (“AGM”) (the “Notice of AGM”), the circular (“Circular”) and the form of proxy for the AGM of Unlimited Creativity Holdings Limited (“the Company”) dated 27 June 2011 which were dispatched to the shareholders (“Shareholders”) on 27 June 2011 respectively.

Unless otherwise defined, capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meanings as ascribed thereto in the Circular.

The Board announces that the AGM will be postponed from 4:30 p.m. on 19 September 2011 to 4:30 p.m. on Friday, 30 September 2011 in consideration of the completion of the Rights Issue (details please refer to the Rights Issue Prospectus dated 2 September 2011). The venue for holding the AGM shall remain unchanged at 1/F, Morrison Plaza, 9 Morrison Hill Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong.

Accordingly, the Company will issue a revised notice of AGM (the “Revised Notice”) and a revised proxy form for use at the AGM (the “Revised Proxy Form”) containing the new date for holding the AGM. Proxy forms which have already been deposited with the Company’s branch share registrar in Hong Kong, Tricor Standard Limited (the “Branch Share Registrar”), at 26th Floor, Tesbury Centre, 28 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong in respect of the AGM shall be void. Shareholders must fill in and deposit the Revised Proxy Form with the Branch Share Registrar not less than 48 hours before the AGM in order to validly appoint a proxy to attend the AGM on behalf of the Shareholders.

Save as aforesaid, all information in the Circular and the resolutions proposed to be passed remain unchanged.

The Revised Notice and Revised Proxy Form will be dispatched to the Shareholders on or before 8 September 2011.
