Sub: Grant of Restricted Stock Units
This is to inform you that the Company has granted 2,65,00,177 (Two Crore Sixty Five Lakh One Hundred Seventy Seven) ADS Restricted Stock Units and 1,27,00,858 (One Crore Twenty Seven Lakh Eight Hundred and Fifty Eight) Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) under the Company's Employee Stock Options, Performance Stock Unit and Restricted Stock Unit Scheme 2024, to identified employees of the Company and its subsidiary. This grant is effective from May 4, 2026.
These shall vest as per the vesting schedule approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board and can be exercised over the exercise period as approved by the Committee.
