DISCLOSURE OF CHANGES IN BOARD COMPOSITION

On October 24, 2018, Wipro Limited, a company organized under the laws of the Republic of India (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing the appointment of Ms. Arundhati Bhattacharya as an Additional Director in the capacity of Independent Director for a term of 5 years with effect from January 1, 2019, subject to the approval of the Company’s shareholders.

The Board of Directors of the Company has determined that Ms. Bhattacharya is independent under the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the listing standards of the New York Stock Exchange, Ms. Bhattacharya will serve as a member on the Audit Committee of the Board.
