Cleansing Statement
Lithium exploration and development company Winsome Resources Limited (ASX:WR1; “Winsome” or “the Company”) advises it has approved and issued 200,000 Shares (ASX Code: WR1) on 16 February 2023, in accordance with the terms of its Decelles Option Agreement, which was announced to the market on 31 January 2022. Pursuant to the Company’s capacity under Listing Rule 7.1, the issues of these shares do not require shareholder approval.
An Appendix 2A in this regard follows this announcement.
The Company gives notice pursuant to section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act) that:

the Company issued the securities without disclosure under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act; and
-
as at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:
-
the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and
-
section 674 of the Corporations Act; and
-
as at the date of this notice, there is no information to be disclosed which is excluded information (as defined in section 708A(7) of the Corporations Act) which is required to be disclosed by the Company.
