WINPAK’S ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS - POSTPONED

Winnipeg, Manitoba, April 2, 2020 – Winpak Ltd. (“Winpak” or the “Company”) (TSX:WPK).

Winpak today announced that the Company’s annual general meeting (AGM) of shareholders originally scheduled for April 22, 2020 has been postponed and is rescheduled to be held at The Fort Garry Hotel, 222 Broadway Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba on Friday, June 26, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. (CDT).

Olivier Y. Muggli, President & CEO stated that “The health and safety of our communities, shareholders and other stakeholders are of paramount importance to Winpak. With the AGM less than three weeks away and the COVID-19 pandemic not showing signs of abating in the near future, we have chosen to postpone our AGM to June 26, 2020 with the sincere hope that the meeting can be conducted in a safe manner at that time”.
