Winking Studios Limited (AIM / SGX:WKS), one of Asia's largest AAA game art outsourcing studios and an established game development company, announces its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held on Wednesday, 30 April 2025 at 4.00pm (Singapore time) / 9.00am (BST) at One Farrer Hotel, Level 6 Spottiswoode, 1 Farrer Park Station Road, Singapore 217562. 

There is a webcast available and for shareholders wishing to join online, please register via [email protected] with your full name and relevant identification number by 26 April 2025, 4.00pm (Singapore time) / 9.00am (BST). 

The Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 is available on the Company's website https://investor.winkingworks.com/index. The Notice of AGM and Proxy Form is also available on the website and being posted to shareholders and all documents are available on the website of the SGX-ST at the  https://www.sgx.com/securities/company-announcements as of 7 April 2025.
