Windar Photonics plc (AIM: WPHO), the technology group that has developed its WindEye and WindTimizer LiDAR wind sensors and its related 'Nexus' software suite designed to efficiently and cost effectively increase the power output and reduce lifetime operating costs of electricity generating wind turbines, today announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the Year ended 31 December 31 December 2023 ("Annual Report") and notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company ("AGM")have today been posted to shareholders.

The AGM will be held at The Heron, 5 Moor Lane, London, EC2Y 9AP at 10.00 a.m. on 5 August 2024.
