Windar Photonics (AIM: WPHO), the technology group that has developed a LiDAR wind sensor and software suite designed to efficiently and cost effectively increase the power output of electricity generating wind turbines, announces that the following information is being disclosed pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule 2, Paragraph (G) of the AIM Rules for Companies.

Andy Richardson, Non-Executive Director of Windar Photonics, was appointed as a director of Real Good Food PLC on 1 January 2023. On 4 December 2023 administrators were appointed to Real Good Food PLC.
