Windar Photonics plc (AIM:WPHO), provides the following disclosures regarding Mr. Johan Petersen, chairman of the Company, as required by Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies:

Mr. Petersen was non-executive chairman of C&C Porter Novelli A/S, a Danish company, between July 2007 and January 2017. The company filed for bankruptcy on 4 January 2017.

Mr. Petersen was non-executive chairman of C. Erichsen & Son A/S, a Danish company, between June 2011 and February 2018.  The company filed for bankruptcy under the on 28 February 2018
