Winchester Energy Limited (ASX:WEL) wishes to advise that it has today accepted the resignation of Laurence Roe from the Board and his role as Executive Chairman. His resignation is effective immediately.

The Board wishes to thank Laurence Roe for his service to the Company. Laurence was instrumental in the recent rationalisation and streamlining of the Company’s operations which has it well positioned for growth in the near term.
