Notification of transaction by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")

Wincanton plc announces that it was notified yesterday by Mr Adrian Colman, Chief Executive Officer of the Group, that he has acquired 450,000 Ordinary Shares in the Group for nil consideration from Lucy Moore, Mr Colman's spouse (a person closely associated ("PCA")). Following the transfer, the total beneficial interest of the PDMR and his connected persons in the issued share capital of the Group remains unchanged.
