Employee Share Ownership Trust Purchase

On 2 December 2019 Wilmington plc announced the commencement of a planned programme of share purchases to be made by the Wilmington Group plc Employee Share Ownership Trust ('the Trust'). It was agreed that SG Kleinwort Hambros Trust Company (CI) Limited acting as trustees of the Trust would purchase 40,000 ordinary shares of 5p each monthly for twelve months until November 2020.

Due to the current uncertainly surrounding Covid 19 the Board has decided to suspend this share purchase programme.

At the date of the announcement the Trust held 200,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.23% of the Company's current voting rights.
