On 16 September 2015, 210,797 awards over ordinary shares in Wilmington plc (the "Company") were made under the Wilmington plc 2007 Performance Share Plan (the "Plan") to employees of Wilmington plc and its subsidiaries of which the following were made to Directors of the Company and other Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs"):
